Catherine LouisaSORENSEN(nee Cooper) (formerly of Aberystwyth) Passed away peacefully on Friday March 25, 2016 at her home in Llanfrynach, with her family around her; beloved Mam to Kathryn and Mamgu to Addy, Beth and Ellie. Funeral service at Blaenplwyf Chapel, Blaenplwyf, Aberystwyth on Thursday April 7, 2016 at 2pm.
